Comments
All comments submitted by visitors are reviewed by the Site team, which is the sole judge of whether or not they are acceptable, and no complaint is possible. As the validation of a comment is never definitive, a comment that has already been validated may be removed from the Site at any time without any complaint being possible.
Comments must comply with current French legislation. The following are prohibited
– incitement to racial hatred and discrimination
– denial of crimes against humanity and apology for war crimes
– defamation, which is an attack on a person’s honor
– incitement to hacking.
The site administrators also reserve the right to delete any comment deemed too aggressive, rude or totally off-topic.
Any sexist, homophobic or racist allusions will also be deleted, as will advertising messages, messages containing private contact details, internet address, postal address or e-mail address.

Consequently, and with the exception of the personal data referred to above, any information in whatever form – document, data, graphic, question, suggestion, concept, remark or other – that you communicate to us on the Site will in no way be considered confidential. Consequently, the mere transmission of such information by you confers on us the right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify or transmit it for the purpose of processing your request.
Limitation of liability
FDSEO makes every effort to ensure, to the best of its ability, that the information published on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, and reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without notice. However, FDSEO cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, updating or exhaustiveness of the information made available on the Sites.
Visitors and merchants remain the owners of the information they communicate to us. FDSEO declines all responsibility for any false statements made by a merchant or user. Jurisdictional provisions
